Meditation Sessions (Auditorium) 

30 minutes sessions introducing meditation technique, brief meditation session and information about the center and programs.  A Q&A session to answer individual and personal questions.

Peace Fest Meditation Teachers:

Carlos Lozano ( Chicago)

Former diplomat and post graduate degree in Financial Law. He served as Consul General of Colombia in Egypt, Jordan and in India. Mr. Lozano currently lives in Chicago, United States.

Carlos Lozano has worked for over 45 years in the dissemination of the teachings of the Great Masters of Sant Mat in North, Central and South America, Europe and Asia. Initiated in the Science of Meditation of Sant Mat by the Great Master Sant Kirpal Singh Ji Maharaj, he has been under the guidance of his successors Sant Darshan Singh Ji Maharaj and the living Master H.H. Sant Rajinder Singh Ji Maharaj.

The commitment of Carlos Lozano, under the direction of Sant Rajinder Singh Ji Maharaj, is to pass this powerful yet simple technique of meditation to all people – without distinction – so they can discover the hidden treasures of the soul – wisdom, peace, joy, immortality, fearlessness and unconditional love.

Yoga Sessions Schedule (Bliss Room)

30 minutes sessions  introducing physical yoga and breathing exercises helping stay healthy, strong and prepared for meditation.

Peace Fest Yoga Teachers:

Patty Brady

PR hails from Minnesota, and is a Certified Yoga Instructor and doTerra Wellness Advocate Director.  She conducts custom designed Yoga series and Wellness Workshops, focused on specific, important health and wellness related topics for formal and informal groups.  

PR offers a variety of Yoga series that focus on progressive breath work, gentle movement and meditation.  Her belief is that understanding and working with the body of the day is key to going beyond symptoms to ease root causes and guide you towards your optimal wellness.   

Each of her Wellness Workshops cover physical, mental and emotional aspects of the topic, along with games, challenges, laughter, and “good clean fun”.
