Peace Fest 2018 – Vendor Booth Application and Process

We are welcoming application for vendor booths for non-profit service organizations and for-profit organizations.

The Fees structure is following:

  1. $ 50  For a 6 ft Table / 2 Chairs under a common Tent – Non Profit
  2. $ 75  For a 10 x 10 ft bring your own Tent – Non Profit
  3. $ 100  For a 6 ft Table / 2 Chairs under a common Tent – For Profit
  4. $ 150  For a 10 x 10 ft bring your own Tent – For Profit
  5. City /  State / Government organizations FREE.

The cheque addressed to Science of Spirituality Peace Fest 2018

and should be mailed to 4568 Oak Chase Rd. Eagan, MN 55213

Guidelines:

  1. We welcome organizations related humanitarian services, helping healthcare, helping poor, hungry and people in need.
  2. Non-political, Non-violent messages only
  3. No food products or open samples
  4. No meat, fish, egg-containing product or related services or promotions allowed.
  5. No harmful chemical containing,  Non-environment-friendly products, related services or promotion allowed
  6. Organizers decision is final on vendor approval
